Wosiwosi Empowerment Initiative Outreach at Oba Community in Ogun State

This was driven by driven by a deep passion to reach unreached, school-qualified children who are currently out of school. The outreach sought to bridge the educational gap and to advocate for every child’s right to learn, grow, and dream beyond their current limitations.

At the heart of this initiative was a clear message “child hawking and manual labor are not suitable substitutes for education”. Every child deserves to be in a classroom, not on the streets or at work. The outreach emphasized that investing in children’s education is not just a social responsibility but a collective commitment to a brighter, more sustainable future.

This effort aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all. Through this outreach, WOSIWOSI continues to champion access to education, empowerment, and hope, one child at a time.
